Not much here except desert, the Emaar sales centre and a couple of other buildings.
   Lots of activity on the these buildings tho       Emaar sales office closed.

Yes I saw plenty of workers, construction vehicles, cranes moving etc... no photoshop this time
There also villas under construction further back, but I dont have a off road vehicle, so couldnt get there to take pics. |

Teema Villas
Anyone has any update on the villas?
There is no update from Emaar except for next installment which sounds like a administrative procedure for them. wondering if it will ever be completed or if it happens, it's going to be like owning a property in no mans land. Appreciate any suggestions that can help me find a way forward. |

There is no more Bawadi. The website has disappeared. The same goes for the website of Arjan and Majan projects by Mizin (in fact Mizin appears not to exist as well anymore). The only project left over is Remraam

Been there yesterday for offroading in an ATV. Great location for joy riding. Very varied terrain. You have sand dunes, unpaved roads for full throttle driving, part of Arabian Canal with some salt water in it. Oops this is not an off road site.. So to the topic:
1. Building on top posts are almost complete. If they are handed over this will be indeed owing in no mans land. 2. Villas are just carcasses. Concrete gets eroded slowly. I doubt they will ever be completed. 3. Al Bawadi sales office is closed and the vegetation in front of it is dead! Look at the photos:
