A very impressive complex. The towers will look good with the Toronto skyline.

Is there a 'typical condo' style in Toronto? With hundreds of projects going up in the past few years there are condos of all shapes and sizes..

I like the design of these. It's too bad that they are not taller and twin towers, that would have really been cool. But this is still a nice project. I was in TO in 2005 and I can say there were some condo towers there.

What a massive twin tower complex. Nice Toronto is getting new highrises all the time.

I just wish more of them were of the office & hotel variety instead of condo's condo's condo's.

We have Ritz, RBC - & Bay Adelaide under construction now though. Which is cool.

As long as the street resembles a high street, a mall won't destroy the area. The main entrances to stores must be from the street, not inside the building otherwise it will end up being a blank wall of nothing like the west side of Yonge Street where the Eaton Centre is. Opposite the Eaton Centre on the east side of Yonge is a thousand times more fabulous to walk along. This is the core, not Mississauga. We want urbanity, not underwhelming suburban crap here. God forbid we end up with a sidewalk like that one in front of the Bay store at Yonge and Bloor. What a disaster!

This one will be painfully slow in rising.

That hole will take a year to get to ground level, at least.

They're still not even finished digging out the dirt. Of the buildings that are under construction and have just begun construction. This will be the last to be completed. I can assure you of that.

Lots going on now! This thing certainly has a deep foundation. As you can see from the pics there are 3 cranes.
