lovely looking indeed, but one problem I have with these renders is how realistic are they ? From the first render, it looks as if the tower in being built in a lovely tree lined green park. PR stunt to make people buy the property ? I wish they make more realistic renders so that people won't be disappointed when the final product turns up.

Yeah, thats true but they would lose customers if they would picture shaks and shanties, but overall Colpetty is one of the mos tmodern parts of Colombo and Sri Lanka. I think in 5-10 most of the highrises will be based there, shopping malls etc.

Yeah, but every render I've seen of high rises are like that. All are situated right in the middle of the most beautiful park you've ever seen...

Colombo can have the tallest towers in South Asia.

Wow, lots of confusion. The final height was 500ft according to later news reports
