You will not see anything "through the deep sand storm". Maybe you mean "rising above the thick morning fog"

I think so too. The ground work will be done for the entire complex so you can't just leave part of the site like that for long. Plus the contract would be for all four towers.

It seems the Dubai Towers and the surrounding skyscraperss are the only tall buildings around the Lagoon.

I like the way some designer made white stripes on the top and bottom of the towers using microsoft paint

I'd actually prefer if they were built this way. They look a lot more like buildings and less like tentacles of a giant sea monster
