Don't think so, they would have been in development at around the same time so there's no way one copied the other

I to think so, adding that propably was Dubai Properties itself who was looking for twisty, curvy designs, considering also the design of Dubai Towers - Istanbul.

Quite tall.

Should look great in real life, lots of interesting reflections you could get off towers like these.

If "burj dubai" means "dubai tower", then those "dubai towers" could be called "burj dubai" too right? ...well there're interesting but not in my backyard.

"DUBAI TOWERS" is a brand. There are so far:

Dubai Towers, Doha Qatar
Dubai Towers, Istanbul Turkey
Dubai Towers, Casablanca Maroque
Dubai Towers, Dubai UAE

They plan to build "Dubai Towers" branded towers complexes (or one tower) in many cities around the world, especially where Emirates Airlines flies. We know that at thje moment theyare trying to get permission to build them in Melburne Australia.

Dubai International Properties rock the World with the oddest designs. Congrats Dubai and DIP.

I wish DIP would built Dubai Towers - Dubai in Istanbul instead of this.
