Ocean 1 Tower - Tallest building in Thailand

I never thought it would happen but miracles do come true. I was lucky enough to buy in at 100,000 baht per square meter, now 130,000 baht per square meter and on launch date (Feb 20th) expected to be 150,000 per square meter.
If anybody wants any knowledge on the project please feel free to ask I have been to many meetings about it.

THE OCEAN SKYLINE IS ABOUT TO CHANGE FOREVER. AND SO IS YOUR LIFESTYLE.

A NEW LIFE IS BEGINING.

The project will not only alter the skyline with Thailand’s tallest building, but set a new benchmark in upscale living. A new residence that combines the prestige of record-breaking scale with the pleasure of sophisticated details, material luxury with natural beauty, and a great location. A postcard destination for others which an exclusive few can call home.

WELCOME TO OCEAN 1 TOWER.

Ocean 1 Tower brings a new philosophy of living life at its highest. Located approximately 200m away from a serene stretch of Jomtien beach in the resort of Pattaya, Ocean 1 Tower reflects the beauty of the sea in its elegant wave-themed, 91-storey design – the tallest building in Thailand. With rooms as high up as 327 meters, Ocean 1 Tower offers not just the best views of the sea but of the city as well, while providing an oasis of calm and a sanctuary in the sky.

NEVER WASTE, NEVER WORRY.

Part of Ocean 1 Tower's lifestyle revolution comes in its environmentally friendly and cost-saving systems, as well as the very best and latest in safety and security features:

Electricity-generating solar panels
Automatic shading reduces ambient heat inside for further cost savings
Use of 80% recycled water, reducing strain on natural resources
Elevators that actually reduce power consumption by 98% compared to ordinary elevators – yet operate at high speed
Engineering against wind and earthquake hazards are to the highest international standards
Installed with state-of-the-art emergency equipment and escape routes
Intelligent Key Card system that gives you full control over access and environment.
