I really like the clean, simple design. Looks very Tokyo-like to me for some reason.\

BTW, go here: http://condoph.tripod.com/fortglobal.html to see the rendering and floorplans. Tripod does not allow hotlinking of images.

finally, a project in northern BGC...

location-wise though... imo this one is too close to the schools... traffic must be horrendous during school days

Wow! Another new project in BGC!

Anyway, I reviewed the link. The project manager is W Land Holdings, Inc. and the Escrow Bank is Equitable Bank Tower. I think this is patterned again after the Build-To-Own (BTO) concept.

W Land Holdings, Inc. --- I haven't heard of this group.

i love the lines!

im just wondering why'd they named it "W Tower"? maybe they're riding over the famous brand W Hotel & Residences.

The design looks good. I like it a lot. It looks like the recent BGC developments are BTO clones na. Maganda because it makes owning a condo in Fort Boni cost efficient. Hope more projects are launched in the fort.

Very interesting. The design is like a tribute to the Vienna Workshops in my design history course. Maybe that was the inspiration for the tower. Even the "W" reminds me of it.

Hello portudlow! Thank you!

The development in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) is really full speed! So many new projects which are launched/to be launched: Infinity (Green Xcell Property Ventures), The Fort Residences (Robinson's Land), The Fort Palm Springs (BYO), W Tower + SOMA Tower + future Build-To-Own (BTO) projects of G&W Architects.

Again, only the best of the best real estate player/s will stay long in the real estate industry (Read: Good condo development, efficiencies in terms of pricing and construction, and right now, the most critical part is having a good marketing network). The weak players, on the other hand, will eventually bow out of the industry. Only time will tell.....
