Life is uncertain and fragile, a few days ago I was nearly knocked down by a taxi at a traffic junction.

Last two weeks, while crossing a road, a taxi zoom pass me when the traffic lights were already red.

You never know when it's time to meet your creator.

Shouldn't those low-storey buildings behind go as well? They were kind of part of the interchange previously with all those shops and all..

No. Only Blk 445 will be demolished in SERS scheme. The rest will be left intact until Govt decides what to do with them in later stage.

Blk 436 - 438 (3 blocks) which face temporary bus interchange will be demolished after residents are relocated to new 40 storey blocks.

The govt did say some projects would be slowed.

And this, in terms of priority compared to other mega-projects around the island, I guess, should be developing slowly.

it will be hell for those blocks nearby. imagine living in constant loud noises and dust for 5 years.
