What they did with the top of it was desecration and makes it look worse to me anyway. I can't help it, I just really hate this one.

It's just like a big, fat, old, chunky block stuck in the middle of nowhere. I'd rather see two thin elegant buildings in its place. It had potenital and would have looked great with the facade kept and a 300m tower rising from inside. As it is now it just looks crazy with what looks like a colorbond pizzahut roof. This building squanders space on a site that look like it was made for a 400m tower. It's like the perfect location for a monster tower.

Sorry Av, I have to agree with Cul. The parcel post building is a beauty. only a fool would dare demolish it. all it needs is a clean up, like melbourne's own mail exchange, and it'll look great.

LOL I still hate it. If everyone loves it that much, I'd rather see it moved stone by stone to somewhere else and not left at railway square where there is much potential. Even if they had of put a big glass pyramid on top I would have preferred it. I just cant dig that grey pizzahut roof.

Who says Sydney would be nothing without the opera house and harbour bridge. That is such a lie!!!! Sydney has so many fantastic buildings, it’s just the opera house and harbour Bridge are soooo bloody fantastic, that they overshadow our other great buildings.
