LIMA | Projects & Construction

Some of the photos here might have some months so some of those buildings have been alredy completed lately

They might not be skyscrapers but it is definetely a boost consequence of the economical growth of the country, Construction has increased in almost a 20% and continues to increase . Each new project has more floors so next year there will be projects much taller than these.

A lot of it's boxy.....but it's good boxy in many cases. Good textures and patterns.

We are having a boom of shorties. haha. I hope the following years we have bigger buildings. Althought the projects shown by Trick are not even 1% of what it is being build.

Nice Thread. We are growing, and although it is mostly a residential boom , we all know that the office boom will come sooner than expected.

Kind of disappointing for such a big city. No real jaw-dropping projects.

Most of the designs look attractive, lot of full-colored and glassed towers at the financial district is perhaps the best i can see in this city despite of the fact that we´re talking about low rises........ However, for a city such as Lima, skyscraper and infrastructure´s construction boom is progressing and increasing rapidly...... Soon the capital of Peru will enter the mid-rise construction race..........

Most of them are really boxy and dull like many have pointed out...I hate most of them, and I'm peruvian... I only like maybe three or four of them...but I LOVE the new bridges and transportation projects, as well as the new shopping and commercial projects.
