Sorry to hijack the discussion about OpernTurm, but what is going on over at the Deutsche Bank HQ? Is it just recladding work, if so then I think it's a shame because I really like it as it was

it`s basically a reclading. but dont worry, it stays more or less the same, only visible notice will be opened windows. project homepage

dunno if we have an international thread for this project, although according to deutschebank its actually europes biggest highrise renovation.

The tower fills up a hole in the skyline. Looks great. Frankfurt needs some more towers surrounding the OpernTurm to fill the complete hole IMO.

I love Frankfurt's skyline - I used to work at the Sheraton Hotel at Frankfurt Flughafen and stand on the balconies admiring the skyline. Best skyline in Europe..
