They should build the first one in Dubai, the second one in Paris, and #3 and #4 on other planets.

The zero emission tower has to be the "2nd" Atkins tower. Lots of aligned surface space.

The first one fits the best in skyline of Dubai I think. the second is ugly. and I also don't like the third.

First building looks great! And no NYC or HK will not fall to their knees.

Taller does not mean better or more functional. Yes the "cool" factor is there for having the title of being the worlds tallest. Can NYC, HK, Chicago and other American/Chinese cities get into a race with Dubai with 200+ floored structures? Absolutely! Hey the Chicago Spire will be 150 floors so who knows?

In the mean-time let's all enjoy the Dubai building boom party (read: bubble) and whoop it up while it lasts! Dubai is a great fix for my addiction to tall modern buildings. Unfortunately economic bubbles never last and I am afraid Las Vegas and Dubai will be in for a major market driven surprise in the coming years.

Well this will be the first one to last.(everything in the Dubai is the first) And btw in 5-10 years time i think that NY and HK will take notice of Dubai's might .
