So do we know where the plots for these towers will be?

Yes we know, and the location should be shown on the first posts of this thread.

The 'concept design' with the elevated spire looks like someone sent Moscow's Federation Towers through a defective telepod (the fly movie)!!!

This design is the coolest and most innovative IMHO. The 1st one still looks like irobot tower with huge spire although the spire needs to be that tall or the building appears stunted. The tumormonger would make me vomit if I see it in real life and the other weird one is just not meant to be there. The 'Civic Art' is the most realistic of them without any weirdnesses. I would even conjecture that something similar already exists somewhere. The 'lighthouse tower' looks alot like 'the index' but the top is different.

I would go with the 'concept design' I love how the spire seems to be elevated

What are some of you talking about? Concept Design means just that, that it is still a concept and not finalized.

There is no Architectural Studio called "Concept". I capitalized it just to point out that the design is not final and it should be taken only as reference.

Another proposal.
This is in a recent article but the proposal may be an old one. It doesn't agree with the article posted a few months ago.

That is the lighthouse tower. I think that one will be under construction soon. The tower has 3 windmills in the top for power.
