Cheers Turbosnail, I know how you feel! Still if it makes some underprivileged amoeba happy, who am I to complain?

they`ll nail that core so fast that it`ll be all over sharp shoot...watch...or you`ll miss the best part.

The structural will also fill in far faster, as theres so much less to erect, compared to the lower areas.

Now at this time, in which floor the core of the Shard is now? From my calculations, watching those photos probably in level 42 on the core?

Well strictly speaking they are only on floor 3 or 4, as the step beck in the core is the start of the luxury Shangri-La Hotel, part of the tower..

That is true but we talking for the core, not for the hotel floors which they are construct soon...

This is a fantastic mix. Btw, hadn't the work already started on the smaller core? Looks like it's going as fast as in the main core.

The Southbank could become a Manhattan-like forest of skyscrapers. Since it was bombed heavily, it is not a treasure-trove of beautiful pre-War towers like the area between the City and the West End.

I'd like to see, at the very least, scores of residential skyscrapers rise there. London certainly needs more housing.

Cool, it's really odd because this one at 152 metres seems much taller than say, Heron Tower when it was 152 m.
