it looks to me to be about the 215-220M mark above most of Canary wharf though

Maybe this has been answered previously, but i can't be bothered. What happens to the tower cranes now there seems to be no lateral support the higher they rise? Is there a limit on the length of those horizontal braces?

I'd personally guess at the monumnet or maybe Tower bridge. Unless you class Vertigo 42 as a static observation deck
