no the core is topped out the radiator floors dont have a core.

Looks a bit strange but ok. The point is that it doesn't fit the surroundings. Looks like it is standing in the field or in the village.

You have to consider the harmony it creates with Canary Warf and then City of London. It fits quite elegantly into the surroundings, such as the CN Tower becomes a pinnacle here. Go to London and you'll appreciate its effect.

London's always been a city of spires and when you see the wide view with the spire of St Pauls at one end and then the spiking shard at the other rising up out of a mass of different shapes and sizes it fits in well and is aesthetically balanced in the skyline.
