Nevermind moving the towers I want to move the f**king airports!! Concrete core is topped out (240m), but there is still steel to go on top - for the viewing platform levels and what used to be the radiator above. The steel and glass top out at 310m.

the tower was stuck in planning for so long that more traditional air-conditioning methods evolved to become more energy efficient than the original radiator plan. Or maybe the incentive was really value engineering but that is the story they gave.
