Ever heard of haze? If they were overexposed the sky would be white, its not white, infact you can make out its light-blueish colour and clouds pretty clearly.

Moscow doesn't count in my opinion as Russia is a trans-continental nation. Great to see this building growing i saw it back in september when i came down to London and it looked good but it looks even better now!

Absolutely, the speed of construction was outstanding. Perhaps to compensate the time it took to get this beast approved.
