Are there any other supertalls with a top designed like this? It looks so fragile, like "shards of glass" that are basically sails catching the air at the top. They will have to be made of something SUPER strong, not to sway in the wind!

I was in London in April and the shard looked massive then.. I must go back soon as it looks like a real giant now! London finally has a real gem...

The new photos are already a few weeks old, but anyway it gives a pretty good idea of progress, the first of the old photos is from early 2010, not too sure about the second one, most likely earlier this year.
