Yeah the only real clusters in London are the City of London and Canary Wharf. It seems London's skyscrapers have often been built not in clusters. The Shard is a an example of that as is the BT Tower, Strata and St George's Wharf. If they were all in one cluster it would be one of best skylines in the world. But it looks like there is a lot planned for the City of London and Canary Wharf for those clusters to improve.

Tbh I wouldn't want multiple clusters, London is a great city and some of the buildings are great additions but it doesn't need to become the new Dubai or New York.

I agree, I think a few dense clusters are better than a huge long skyline... I find long skylines too featureless...

The current structural height is 286m, so about 23m to go until it reaches its full size.

Does London really need a big cluster scene?

Sure the Shard and The City make a good cluster. Canary Wharf looks a little dull
