The solitary glazing panel on Level 76 from Friday has been joined by some others... and a new row of the new, shorter panels with the main body of glazing below.

No, they're saying it's 1003 ft tall, which is roughly 306 meters. Perhaps it's because of how the CTBUH measures it. Is the Shard's lowest level entrance 4 meters above street level?

The main structural steel stops at 301.6m ("level 94"). WSP show the steel stopping equivalent to level 95 (304.1m) and the glazing extends 4.4m beyond that to 308.5m.

Is it just me or are the top floors taking more time, than the rest of the building was? Because I remember the construction being so fast, and now the top floors are rather slow. Is there some complexity to these specific top floors, apart from the spire ofcourse which hasnt started yet.
