A few more pics taken this lunch time. Less dramatic progress than over the weekend.
The canopies to the east of Gate 2 on St Thomas Street seem to be complete now.  From Great Maze Pond, with the ubiquitous Guy's Tower  Lesser seen view - from the Memorial Park of Guy's campus  Three views of the spire moving westward    Nicked the idea from Chest. Well, I have used it a while back, but I was inspired by his recent posting to have another go myself   With the Borough Viaduct from Bedale Street  The Shard provides a backdrop for the Skanska crane on the corner of London Bridge Street and Borough High Street   West side spire views

This building is absolutely stunning, especially when the crown is finished. And for all those saying the glass is no good, those windows are chuffin filthy just wait till it's been cleaned!
