Does anyone know where i can get a 3d Model of the Shard that at least accurately blocks out its overall shape?

It doesn't need to be that detailed at all, all i am looking for is something that at least shows where each "piece" of the tower goes. BOTTOM posted something like what i am talking about earlier in this thread, its this kind of thing that i am trying to find:

I was considering making this building for SimCity4 (I have the same username on Simtropolis) but due to its shape its very hard to find any sort of accurate reference of it.

Elevations would work too, but up to this point i could only find elevations of one side of the tower.

It is indeed. I don't know who changed it at some point.. The actual height is 309.6 meters. .5 and above are always rounded UP. Not down. So in this case it would and should be 310 meters.

It may have had a short run as Europe's tallest, but this is still the most stunning skyscraper on the continent, if you ask me.

That's not the reclad. They have yet to put the cheap-looking blue metal casing on it.

Here you go:

I've seen the cladding on a test sample and it doesn't look cheap, however I'm still to be convinced by the overall effect.

The only thing that would convince me about Guys Hospital tower would be to blow it up! I loathe that heap of 70's shit and some half baked tinkering is not going to make that bastard any more appealing. The nearby Shard has only served to highlight it's ugliness.

It's a shame that white cladding panels like at First Canadian Place were not to be added to Guy's because it looks 100x better in pure white.

Interesting thought, 40 years ago they said the same thing about St Pancras Station and Hotel...
