In the sun photo, why are the mid-level floors almost completely opaque? For most of the remaining floors it's mostly just the core that is opaque.

I think they are fitted out with drywall, thus no light shines through, since it is for the hotel area.

Really nice. It is really different from the usual European buildings and it really adds to the beauty of the city.

The tenants have to install walling for themselves, and their floor layouts. But bare floors does not mean they are unfinished, just that they are free for rent. However, we don't know if the piping, or wiring is finished or not. The hotel (dark part in the middle) is still being worked on.
