Hi all.

Hi Zen.

You can use the ignore feature so you won't see posts by people you don't like ...

On another note - can't you find somewhere flat to lay out those precious plans instead of letting them get creased and tattered ?
Those should be under glass man.
Looks like a full set - must be a few thousand prints there - awesome.

Ray.

I bet Fury would offer to store the plans Zen. He could just put em in with the Burj Khalifa's.

I think by the end of the month, we can pass the WTC7 (At least the steel beams, of course.)

And the higher the building goes, the more amazing and beautiful it becomes. I really love this project ... The glass is fantastic, every floor completed it becomes better.

The pic of the prints piled up on "the poor red chair" was taken almost 3 years ago when I was reviewing the revised drawings for any changes that might affect my bid.

Those are the "half scale" set and are actually a little over half of the total number of drawings for the tower. The full scale set was printed on 60 by 36 paper. (I believe the total weight of the entire full scale set was 486 pounds.)

You may want to sit down before reading further.

The full scale set was destroyed about 16 months ago as per the non-disclosure agreement. All that is left of the half scale set is the A and S drawings. They are neatly stored in my gun safe.

15 quality posts would be worth a hell of a lot more than 650 of the idiocies you're putting out.

Hi Nomadd.
I have no actual paper prints unfortunately - just a very incomplete set obtained online. Your right though - I would offer to store Zens set.

Hi Zen.
Nice to hear what you have left is being stored properly.
486 pounds of 36 by 60 prints ...
I'm always amazed at the scope and sheer volume of the prints and working drawings for any project.

Ray.

Keep in mind that the contractors actually doing the work generated thousands of shop drawings that cover every square inch of the tower right down to the last nut and bolt.
