I think you are confused. The glass for the curtain wall is made in the USA.

The so called Chinese glass is in the base of the tower.

This distinction is rather silly to me. There is steel from Luxembourg, owned by an Indian company Incorporated into this tower, do we call it Indian steel or Luxembourger steel .

The Halfen channels are from Germany . . . . . etc etc this is silly.

As long as the product meets or exceeds the specifications I really do not care where it was made, this Tower is BUILT IN THE USA.

And the tower is called "One WORLD TRADE Center" after all. What could be more fitting than for its parts to be a result of, you guessed it, "WORLD TRADE"?

Exactly !!!

Trade and supply are global, only labor is local. At least it is in the US, for now.

Time-lapse from last xmas till March 13th.
These white-outs frames, as you can tell, indicate either snow storms or heavy rains...

7 WTC is 750 feet (228,6 meters), so it's getting real close!

Does anybody have a photo shot on top of tower 1 on the 58th floor looking up at Tower 7 , Cause I remember like 2 months ago there was a picture like that posted here and I was wondering if there is a update to that view except this time being on the 58th floor. Thank You

Personally, I loved the angle of the photo, it clearly shows the blue sky being reflected in the smooooth glass.
