Glad to see flickr back. I had to look back several pages to make sure I didn't miss anything.

Please forgive the repost, but we can see forms around the core in the top of this photo. Looks like the 52nd floor, or thereabouts? That would confirm the April 11th update that says the "concrete is now being installed above floor 50".

Ok guys, we all need to make a promise... link all Flickr photos to the photographer's photostream.

I'll leave a response made by one of Flickr's staff in a discussion over at Flickr:
Quote:
We're working with the admins of SSC. As an act of good faith we're going to remove the block. I'll be getting more info to SSC to hopefully help stop this problem from happening in the future.

For those of you that are following this here though there were a couple of issues this time. A lot of people were posting the original image and not linking back. This uses quite a bit more bandwidth in most cases and doesn't have the link back as we ask. The best and most important thing you can do is please have people link back to the photo page and it's best to use the large or other size most of the time. Linking back is even easier than before since now we actually include the BBCode in the share menu.
Thanks

Edit to add: We've removed the block but it is not immediate. It takes a few hours for the change to propagate throughout all the servers.
As for me, I'll link back in the proper way from now on.

Other cities build buildings to appear as if it were a trophy. New York is original and unique."

We are just talking about New York, specifically on the WTC. If the troll wants to talk about China, he'll give his opinion on another topic.

I agree. Except for WTC4, which is quite plain considering its hieght, the rest are awesome. Even 7 is nicely proportioned given its hieght.

In that last picture, east river looks really really calm and reflective; not the way I remembered it. I wonder how did they manage to snap a shot with those conditions. Anyway, 1WTC is definitely starting to contribute to LM skyline, and what a great addition Beekman is!

I'm particularly fond of the "For the Fallen" picture, it give a great overview of the entire WTC complex.
