I still prefer the 2WTC, its design is much better IMO But I canīt wait till itīs finished, 1WTC is much better than the original twins

I see workers are filling and eaqualing the floor with concrete. Will this be just a sidewalk or road for cars and parking?

There does not seem to be any reinforcement in this concrete so i doubt it will be for vehicles as it would be too weak.

I must be wrong then if the diagram shows it as being Liberty Street!!!

Streets are not made from concrete..There will be a couple of more layers of material before they lay asphalt as the final layer..

Don't observation tower like CN tower have floor counts. The same rule apply for ESB spire.
If so, where are the floors 87-101? From what I understand the 86 floor is the observation deck on the ROOF, then there is a spire with "imaginary floors", and then - BAM! level 102, observatory. This is what I think makes a 381 figure kinda hoaxy.

To illustrate, here is a quick drawing of two towers:

The first one has 60 4m floors, 240 m total. The second has a 320 spire growing out of 40 floor (160 m) base, with an observation deck around 270m. Is it a 41 floor biulding? Or if I say that the spire with stairs and lifts and numberplates is actually 30 floors tall, but those floors are mechanical floors, it will actually make the second tower 71 floors? That is my point. Now imagine a third tower, without the observation deck, but WITH the same spire. Here are the roof heights: we would get a 240m tower, a 275m, and a 160. A hoax? Absolutely.

1. Will there be any grass surface between those trees as shown in plans or. not?
2. Great I see the stairs at the edge of the park.
3. When will this pool be empty? I heard somewhere in June should be empty or very soon, isn't it?
4. And some stairs going underground? Where, to subway, cross the street?

That is an opinion. Others wouldn't necessarily share it. I go by what is the highest floor people actually go to. But again everyone can have their own opinion which is why we have to give various measures of height, there is no one standard that everyone agrees on.

Carlos, great pic. The side crane is now fully visible. If we can get a good shot of how far below it the cladding is we can calculate how long until you start seeing cladding.

I think I'd say the ESB is 381m tall with 87 floors.

The cladding is now almost fully installed at the 46th floor. Implying the 62nd floor is the first floor visible above 7 WTC, and assuming that the glass is being installed at the pace of one floor per week, the cladding should be above 7 WTC in 16 weeks (62-46), around mid October. In Carlos' pictures, there is a small part of the building visible to the right, which begins at the 53rd floor, so cladding should be visible there in 7 weeks, around mid August!

I'm not sure about all this, it's just an implication

I can't agree on this one since I've been on the 102nd floor myself, so.......

I'd argue that you've been on the 87th floor. I've only just learnt all this though. I just assumed there were 102 full floors continuing up the spire.

I know this is off topic, but talking about all this misleading floor number stuff, I've always wondered how it works in a Trump building, particular the Trump World Tower, where the advertised number of floors and the floors listed in the elevator far exceeds the actual number of floors. Especially in the elevator, how do they pull this illusion off? Is there just a 20 floor chunk that is missed out?
