Not sure if these are appropriate to post in this thread since they are so old, if they aren't then a mod can remove them, but here are a couple pictures I have from November 2009 that I took when I visited. I have more but I like these the most.

^Well, it gives a clear idea of how much progress has been done.

I remember those days. Man how we were all excited to see those jumbo columns.

I can even recall lurking on this thread in 2006 when people were getting banned left and right for complaining about the slow progress.

Good to see this now over 900 feet high. We're getting to the home stretch.

I redid the entire diagram, added layers, made components and organized everything so I can update with less time and effort. Honestly, from the beginning I knew the entire work was wrong, a mess and innacurate; but didn't have time to fix the errors until now. From now on, I'll update every first and middle day (15) of each month until this b*tch gets completed. New features were added, such as a feet and metric rule. Gave some texture to the cranes and the comparison buildings on the right were fixed. Perhaps the greatest improvement is that it includes a bunch of information that old ones didn't have. It's much more accurate and has a bigger and better resolution (2066x3508).

Great diagram! Also really nice with those imperial & metric "rulers" at the side of the tower!

Carlos, we'll miss your updates! Looking forward to the new lens, even better pictures!
