There will be no changes of any kind to this project as planned, now it's about getting it complete within the timeframe, which i believe is 2015.

lol they will be completed long before 2015, they said wtc will be completed in 2011, or 2012

I'm not sure. they're now pouring the floor of B4. I'll think they'll place the beams when thats done, but I'm not sure. It possible that they first want to build the core to groundlevel and then start building the basement floors. I'll guess it will happen between 1 and 6 months for now, but I'm far away from sure.

The thing i wish we could see, is all four towers coming out of the ground at the same time,............that would be the shisnit.!!!
