Tal, go say that at every thread in which the building uses a spire. You'll be posting so much that your hands will fall off.

The CTB's law is holy law.

Anyway, I wonder if you could actually go up into FT's spire. Maybe you can since there will be lights to change and whatnot.

OVER 30 tower cranes; the New York Times. It seems about right considering all the new skyscrapers in the area.

All of these new skyscrapers are a direct result from 9/11. We should all say thanks to Bin Laden. Thank you, Bin Laden, for all the new towers.

It was from about 11 months ago so no. But I've seen it mentioned in a few other articles too. Maybe you can find it if you use Google or Google News and look at the archives. I recall it saying that there would be 34 tower cranes in this area by the end of 2008.

It is undoubtly the "World's Tallest" something.

The CTB will address Freedom Tower as the world's tallest office building. I know how happy that makes certain people. Well just eat it.

Um, the Earth!

Seeing that many tower cranes so close together in the USA will be quite the spectacle, GO NYC!

Ebola, just b/c a bunch of architect snobs say it, doesn't mean they are right, and it's called CTBUH.
