So its 991 feet. Doesn't quite look it in the pic's,IMO,probably partly thanks to surrounding scrapers.
So the main body of the scraper is 3/4 of the way there.

All day yesterday it was reported as this has a height of 960 feet. So the people calculating it here seem to be off a bit

I would trust a few of the people on this thread more than the media who takes notice of the site once or twice a year. (you know who you are...)

No, this was from the Port Authority. They must know how tall their own building is I would think.

There must be some pissed developers out there with Liberty Park going up. I'm glad.

Developers are like lawyers. They'd probably build over the memorial if they could.

Impressive works of a WTC tower, really exquisite design a tower addition that has simple lines but which together form this huge building. The new icon soon.

Actually the new WTC complex is awesome, very cute and modern, but the twin towers are undisputed, moreover were simple in design but had their great detail as the basis, the lines separating the windows, etc, to me and I love be rebuilt.

I think when they pass on information to their PR folks, there is a delay before they make it available to the public. SSC/SSP/WNY are far and away the best places to get floor/height information on anything WTC related.

i would believe the people on SSP or SSC before the media. hell, they still call it "Ground Zero" which is completely moronic, IMO
