I noticed that too. It does look a little "extra" tall. I'm sure its just a trick due to the angle, distance, so on. But it still looks a little off.

1WTC is certainly going to dominate Lower Manhattan. Just like the original twins did. And once finished, if there's no 2WTC for awhile, its going to really shine all by itself.

I will update my diagram as soon as 1 WTC passes Chrysler building/NYTT. Really happy 1 WTC is now a supertall in terms of meters and feet.

One is in meters and the second one is in feet. I use meters but the US folks over here use feet

That will be in two jumps. In the next jump it'll be 1044 feet tall, which is 2 feet less than CHB's spire. The jump after that one it'll be 1071 feet tall

Well, if 2WTC is the correct height, the pinnacle of that building is only slightly lower than the roof line of WTC1 on that render which is slightly difficult to make out. So it appears to be correct IMO.

Does anyone know how the spire will be constructed? I heard it was separated into smaller pieces, but I dunno. Also, I think the office floors should finish mid-November if I guessed right?
