Why are they leaving spaces in the cladding if that elevator isn't going to go any higher?

In order to ensure they fit properly you need the bottom pieces fitted first.

Look at the KPI TV cam.. from the Century 21 view you can see that 1 WTC's cocoon is white. I hope they get back to work as soon as possible.

Aren't a bunch of the highest floors double height? Might explain why it may take them a little longer once they get higher.
