And much more important: What's the current roof height?

I agree with you. It's nice, that you wanna give a lot of information but I didn't ask:"Where's a new diagram from Kanto?" I just wanted to know the current roof height.

Indeed. Please stop this madness Kanto.

Anyway, why don't they feature a display for 1WTC at the construction site, telling passengers what height it's at? You see such displays at most of the skyscraper constructions in Frankfurt (Germany).

One World Trade Center is the same height it's been for the last month and that is (1,107' 8") and with the splice (1,111' 8"). However, the perimeter steel looks to be a bit shorter than the core steel is right now so I'm guessing that it's about at (1,100') because some of those columns exceed the 4' splice. Basically the core columns are at floor 89 so we should expect some new steel this week if the weather permits and that should bring the steel to about floor 90 (1,130' 8"). Hope this answers all your questions. What sucks is that I don't think it will hit 1,200' this year because we're falling a bit behind and there is only one more month left in 2011 so I'm guessing we should wrap the year up with either the 91st (1,151' 8") or 92nd floors (1,181' 8"). Mechanical floors take more time I mean look at how long Tower 4's mechanical floor is taking. It is still unclear if floors 89 & 90 are office or mechanical so we'll wait and see. This year has been great so at least in 2012 we finally get back to the height we were at up until September 11th, 2001.

Well, I got the numbers and measurements from the late ZenSteelDude because he had the blueprints for the building. I also follow the progress on this tower everyday so I know a lot about what is going on with it.

I agree! Maybe tomorrow we'll see something. This Tower has taken a really long time to build and it's not even done yet. I'm just glad it's finally going up and it will soon top out.

It's amusing because both Tower 1 and Tower 4 are working on their mechanical floors right now which take a long time, so to the average untrained eye, or a regular civilian of NY that passes by the site and hasn't seen them grow in height, it might even look like the site is on hold.

Of course, we all know that there's a lot of work going on even when it's not rising

The progress on the cladding is still goes by, so it doesn't seem on-hold.

Floors 89th & 90th are office floors, with some broadcasting equipment inside.
