Thanks for the pics kanye, I can see they're putting horizontal steel there, which makes the latest height jump even more puzzling. For which floor are those steel beams?

Floor 89 is the first of the tall floors. It's a broadcasting floor just like floor 90. Floor 88 is the last classic office floor. Though iirc there was some talk about the two broadcasting floors being transformed into office space but even if this is true these floors will still retain their increased height

87 is in fact the last standar floor, with a floor height (slab to slab) of 13'4"; 88th has a floor height of 14'4"; 89th (23') and 90(21') are the last office floors, with broadcast equipment included. They were intended to be broadcast floors, but since the MTVA deal was broken a while ago with the Port Authority, they became empty space until Cushman & Wakefield decided to convert the into office floors. These are going to be surely the best floors: almost double-height ceiling and located at a considerable elevation; though they'll surely be difficult to lease.

I really want to answer this properly but I will pass as it will inevitably lead to an off-topic string of comments! I will say not likely!

Well of course it's physically possible for a plane to actually hit the tower, unless it's gonna have an airplane defense system built in somewhere. But as to the resulting damage and possibility of collapse? Who knows, I would imagine it's much less likely because this building is strong like bull

I agree, as to whether the Building would fall down, No I don't believe it would fall down this time. That is because there is a giant Concrete Cocoon going all the way through the Building, strengthening the core and protecting the Elevators. When 9/11 occured, a whole heap of burning fire went straight down the Elevator Shoot, now it is completely safe and protected. Also their are huge Stairwells now, and not to mention incredibly accurate and safer communication devices. The Base also is made on a huge thick concrete Barrier preventing Car and even Truck Bombs whilst also looking Elegant and Modern covered in Glass and Italian Marble.
