That was run by subway? Thought it was just catered by a normal deli.

I think this gets answered on literally every page of this thread, how about being just a little self-sufficient and looking back a few pages? I think we keep saying late March to early April.

^How about being more accurate?
If things go as planned, Tishman will reach the rooftop parapet structure by April 2012. The mast is part of the building's integritiy, so topping-out should occur by late October 2012.

..that's what I meant! Is it still in there somewhere? That container they were lifting a couple pages back looked too small to be the Subway.

Merry Christmas everyone! By this time next year we should be talking about a topped-out nearly complete building!

Sorry guys, but this time your source is me. I've been talking with people involved in the project. Marble cladding is being installed primarly on B1 and B2 levels.

oh, but to get that effect, they lightened the empty floors with color lights. Now imagine you working at night until a dimmed dark blue light :/

Right, I don't think they're going to do these colored lights when people actually work in the building.

Any of you folks who is an expert on glass and physics, could you explain this rare phenomenon captured by the curtain wall? On some parts you can clearly see the reflection is higher than transparency, but in others (where the sun hits directly) transparency is quite notorius.
