Does anyone know what they are doing to Greenwhich Street today?? Seems they are bringing it to full street level today where the recently poured section was uncovered...they are moving dirt over it.

It's White Plains, which is due north of Manhattan. New Rochelle and Stamford, Ct. Are northeast of Manhattan and are not visible from that perspective.

more likely it's New Rochelle, it's just north of the Bronx. White Plains is even further north.

I think its New Rochelle, there was a building that was built not long ago in New Rochelle and its like and has the same shape and the big builing in that small city thats in the picture.

Now on subject, when is Tower 1 expected to be taller then the ESB? Thank you
