I'm suprised by the lack of floor area in this building. Apparently, 2WTC and even 3WTC will have more total floor area than 1WTC. Why is that?

^The building is thinner at the top, the others are fatter buildings.


The last pictures are from about the same height the observation area will be at.. nice view

Oh yes, Our building in Downtown Miami IS officially called the "Freedom Tower." A beautiful old building but she is far from the tallest in South Florida.

The roof of the ESB is 381 m. So if this tower is up to floor 100, it beats the roof height of the ESB.

The core steel is at 93M or 1,223' 6". The 100th floor will be reached when the next set of perimeter columns are erected.
