Does anyone reckon its possible that One World Trade would be open for business 4th April 2013 to commemorate 40 years since the original opened? Great photos above! ; )

To ZZ-II, with all of the commemerative numbers such as 1776 height for Declaration of Independence, 1368ft roof height, 110 for the floor count and 200ft width which also reflects the North Tower, it would be lovely to have a further commemorative number to carry on the legacy? Additionally I'd love to visit in the Spring next year knowing it would be open to go up to the observation deck. Forgive me if any of my figures aren't true. Kind regards.
