btw, if the all transmission equipment are in the ring platform, why would it be necessary to do the "impossible" maintenance in the antenna if are no equipment there. a loser's excuse to changing the entire spire plan.

I agree.

THAT is the new WTC that NYC and the US deserves.

Wait Tower 3's only thing redesigned was that the lattice work criss-crosses were taken away..........

It was also shortened by about 100 feet.

^ thats a really nice render...one of the best...

...but, is it me or does 2WTC look waaay too short?? Isn't the tip supposed to be almost the same height as the roof of the 1wtc? It would look so much better if it were at least similar height, to resemble the Twins (albeit diff design). It would be nice, a new modern 1wtc and a sliced 2wtc that is the same height to commemorate 9/11...but similar heights.

The problem i think that is the dimension of the WTC 1......the older wtc was bigger in the base.....the new is smaller and is not the same

Oh it wasn't It was exactly that bulkiness what made twins such iconic two guards guarding Manhattan as someone lately described it here. 1wtc is just quite nice tapering tower which asia soon will be packed with.

This is beautiful. If only they would have built it that tall. That would truly make the skyline superb

Let's be honest, if this complex was being built in some Chinese city, who'd care?
