I don't understand why they didn't go with a twin towers complex, even if they didn't look exactly like the originals, the twin towers "look" became a symbol of new york and america even + it saves a whole lot of space when the amount of buildings is concerned.

The cores appear so fragile in that pic, as if the columns wouldn't be connected to each other, LOL. Btw, I have new pics. The first one is the best 1WTC construction pic I ever saw

What's the structural plan of this tower? It doesn't looks steel framed.

It's a hybrid tube structure with a monotholitic core.

Anyways, for those mechanical floors, are they going to put the same glass as the base of 4 WTC?

Nice model!

If Tower 1's spire hadn't been removed and T3 hadn't been shortened the WTC would have been nearly perfect

let's see how things play out.
