21 meters actually, we have 71 feet left, not 65.

No restaurant because the PA/Durst are shortsighted and went so far as to remove the service elevator to the floor that was going to become the restaurant. A very short sighted decision, if you ask me.
There's going to be some food service up there though on the observation floors, and probably a fast-casual type of restaurant.

At $25 for observatory tickets, the crowds are going to be there !!

Shake Shack sounds like a fun burger place to eat.
Not sure if that's what I'd expect at the top of a world-class office tower.

Took these in December 2011. I think tower 1 was at 1096ft.

Those pics look somewhat old, like at least 3 months ago.

Thought this was worth a post as it is now at a hanger at JFK. I was very lucky to see it.

No, it was just moved to a hangar at JFK because the park is being redone. Eventually it may end up at Liberty Park.

Ya but an observation deck is still rather touristy. If the restaurant were separate I would expect something less casual and more classy.

I'll probably give Shake Shack a try.
That name sounds like it belongs at Coney Island, not World Trade Center.
