Anywhere you can see the skyline you can see 1WTC. It's visible from just about every rooftop in Brooklyn.

Looking at those photos makes me wish that the PA stuck with the old podium. The new one is good, but the original goes great with the new building.

I like the new base cladding much better than that prismatic glass, it's my favourite change the 'building redesigners' made.

Looking at the photo have they have started construction on the paraphet? How many more jumps until toppping out?

There should be two jumps left, regarding the parapet, I don't think it has started yet.

The next jump should take us to either level 104 (+20' 6") or 105 (+41' 4"). From the 105th floor to the top of the parapet is another 33' 4". With such odd floor heights it's hard to say how many jumps are left. Could be two or three.

I'll bet that perimeter steel columns will be erected either tomorrow or Tuesday.. Wonder how tall they'll be.
