Well i never bet money, but for fun, i will bet that tower one will be toppled out some time between the first and third week of july. cause we have to remember these are now mechanical floors there constructing, so it all ways takes longer to build those floors then regular office floors...

I bet both 1WTC and 4WTC will top out the third week of June (from 18th to 24th), however I think 1WTC will top out a few days earlier than 4WTC

Wow!! I agree! Looks amazing. Just as bold and original as one of the former World Trade Center towers. I always thought that with the sphere/antennae/whatever on top, it conflicted/competed with the Empire State Building and just diminished the boldness of both.

I agree Kanto...much bolder and sharper in design. Like I had stated in response to the actual computer image of the tower without an antennae/sphere posted just a bit ago, I think without looks more like the original towers and with competes with the look of the Empire State Building.

and as the earthcam shows, these latest steel columns are patently huge... and definitely look much taller than the nominal 20ft we were anticipating to go from 103 to 104. but exactly how tall, I will leave open to debate!

Hmph, that's weird, but judging from that pic you're right. Also they put the spandrels on them early too

To me it looks like it now reaches the 105th floor. Leaving just the parapet left. Definitely above the 104th though.

Just a small question, do you folks think that once the steel construction will be finished, will the cladding go faster than now?

You forgot to add 1 feet for the additional 8 inches, 6 feet for the additional 6 feet for correct measurement and 4 feet for column splices
