Actually I do have "proof", though can't disclose the source.

~1,318' (~401.7m) with some core columns extending underside 104M (don't know the elevation of that mezzanine)

*Add 5'-8" (~1.72m) to the figure if you want to start measuring from the lowest, open-air, pedestrian entrance instead of the main lobby floor (Finished Main Ground Floor Level).

Yea I should've said you are more reliable but I wanted it to sound even. So on the bright side, it's gonna look taller than it is

The restaurants or food provided isn't really being selected yet - it's just the food service providers at the moment. Aramark, Legends (Yankee Stadium), Malkin (Empire State Building), and a few others are in the running with Danny Meyer. Shake Shack is the obvious choice if Meyer wins the contract but a Blue Smoke would be pretty nice too.

People say the Tower will top out this Thursday but I somehow doubt that too because the weather could be an issue.

Ok, calm youself it's not a big deal. Either way we will be topped out by months end no doubt.

I have some doubts, will the building have a Spire? If so, how tall will it be? , also, how tall is the building right now?, and how tall will it be when topped out? Thanks!

Nope, everyone's saying it's at floor 105 when it's NOT. Listen to Otie, he knows. It also makes sense because the corner nodes are not touching yet. So I think we're at either 103M-104 or 104-104M. So basically it's a good thing because it will look taller than it does now

It will have an antennae. it is 402m currently i believe, it will be 419 meters/1374 feet, and will have a pinnacle of 1792 feet

It will have an observation area, but I think floors 100-102 are dedicated to that, and it will be at around the 380 meter mark

Ok, Durst removed the radome that would enclose the antenna. So the building will have an antenna, that may be considered a spire.
The spire will be 408 feet tall, and the height of the building is kinda unknown.
