I think its more because every 1000 meter you take away 6 degreeds celcius then 400 meters should be about 2,5 degreeds celcius. I dont know what that should be in farenheit.

Yeah that information isn't always that reliable because the last update before this one said the Tower will top out in June so no one but the construction workers have a real idea when the Tower will top out. It shouldn't be taking this long but hopefully steel should rise soon.

I'm from the Empire State... of the South ,
and my first visit to the Big Apple was July 2011, when the steel was ~1,000ft. I'm planning a trip, as previously posted, Summer '13, because I love New York City. I just had some friends go to NY last week, and I'll show you the progress over the last year.
