Cocoon: contains ladders and walking platforms for the iron workers. The main purpose is to prevent dropped/wind blown objects from harming pedestrians , vehicles, and workers below.

I can't find exactly that picture but it is similar to the one below with a more rural foreground and only the top of ESB sticking out.
Yea, I took that picture of One WTC from Morristown which is exactly 28 miles away, so 20 miles farther than the other one.

Temporary steel, based on a diagram I saw. The other crane will be moved to the far corner of the roof, but I haven't done that yet. I experimented with different shading in the last three, I think I'll stick with the one in the middle to save time.

I can't wait to watch the antenna assembly. When shall concrete reach the roof? Don't the floors get smaller?

Floors have gotten smaller as the building has ascended. They are at the top now, so that's it.
