All credit for these goes to PMadFlyer. They may have been posted here a long time ago. If these diagrams are correct, it looks like the current configuration is what will be used to build the spire, and nothing more.

they aren't correct, the south crane will not be there and the crane that actually erects the antenna will be on top of the platform. It will be a TG-1900 with a super long mast. I started modeling it but couldn't find decent pictures or better, diagrams of the parts like I could for the favcos. The crane in the corner will be the same height it is right now. I was having to guess at the time I made the model. I'll try to post something far more accurate.

Well here is a look at what I have to work with. Please PM me if you can find detailed parallel projection diagrams with measurements of the TG-1900, I'm using the official PDF brochure and it only gives general dimensions and weights. I've only been able to model the TG-1900s mast and boom [the last image is the M760D, from the vantage point of someone standing on the small platform on the mast]. In other words, I've accidentally been calling the tower the mast for the last month or so in my posts I colored the corner m760d red like in reality.

I remember in one diagram I seen there was a TG1900 but then the 760 was put up on the north side. Will that one stay or be replaced by the 1900? Or will the existing south 760 be removed and replaced by the 1900?

And it will be interesting to see if they remove one of the booms on the cranes up there now. Last year in August when the hurricane was set to hit they remove the boom on the north one and set the cranes to slew freely in the wind.

That will be a hell of a storm. I just hope none of the construction equipment will be damaged. The site will have to be completely evacuated cause there's no telling what stuff might fall down. Once the storm's gone there will be a lot of mess on the site

100 mph winds would be considered a hell of a storm here in Europe

I'm more concerned with the track of this storm. A storm this large in size hitting southern New Jersey from the southeast is a worst case scenario for New York's harbor because all that storm surge would funnel up the bay into Manhattan. A full moon adds more salt to the wound since it means the spring tides will be at their peak. It would be much worse than nor-Ida/Irene in terms of flooding...
