We should be able to judge their heights with this diagram. Just subtract 311' 2" from the heights listed due to where the PA starts measuring.

Looking at the barge photos, does anyone know if the platforms on the mast sections are temporary or permanent? I'm guessing temporary (since we don't see them on the diagrams) to allow workers to bolt/weld the sections together. But it's interesting that they aren't on every section.

Quick MS Paint job: I'm certain of sections #6, 7a, 7b, and 8. Totally guessed at the labeling of #1 through 5. Looking at the diagram that spectre000 posted, then #4 is probably really #1 as that appears to be the shortest of the wide sections.
